Her leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the growth and impact of the organization.

Amanda is the devoted sister of three brothers living with Ataxia, and it was her vision that led to the founding of Brothers On A Quest. As a founding Board Member, she is dedicated to driving the organization's mission of funding research and raising awareness about Ataxia and AOA2. Amanda’s passion for helping her family and others affected by this rare disease is the heart of our charity.

Mike Weller, Secretary
Mike Weller is the Team Leader of The Weller Group at Keller Williams Realty and a seasoned real estate professional with over 16 years of experience. Based in Yorba Linda for the past decade, Mike consistently ranks among the Top 10 Realtors in the city for homes sold, known for achieving strong results and quick turnarounds for his clients.
Holding a California Broker’s License and multiple professional designations—including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Probate Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)—Mike brings deep industry knowledge and a heart for helping families and seniors through complex transitions.
Before real estate, Mike earned his MBA in Marketing and worked in professional sports management with organizations like the Pittsburgh Pirates and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. His diverse background and attention to detail make him a valuable asset as Secretary for Brothers on a Quest.

Michele Feliz, EA, is the proprietor of Feliz & Associates, Inc. and brings over 30 years of diverse tax experience to the Brothers on a Quest board. As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, Michele has unlimited rights to represent individuals and businesses before the IRS, specializing in tax preparation, planning, and compliance for a wide range of entities.
In addition to her tax expertise, Michele is a financial advisor with Parsonex Financial Services, where she helps clients build financial stability and plan confidently for retirement. Her combined financial knowledge and strategic insight make her an invaluable asset in overseeing the nonprofit’s financial integrity.

Matt Post, Media & Communications Director
Matthew Post is a seasoned digital strategist, web developer, and SEO analyst with nearly three decades of experience in online media and marketing. He built his first commercial website in 1998 and has since led major projects in eCommerce, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization.
As the former President of Etronity, Inc., Matthew oversaw marketing and optimization strategies that drove over 400% growth. He later served as a Web Developer and SEO Analyst for Wilshire Law Firm and now co-leads SEM Dynamics, a digital marketing agency focused on conversion-based website development.
Matthew brings his deep technical expertise and marketing insight to Brothers on a Quest as Media Director, helping to elevate the organization’s digital presence and outreach efforts.
Outside of work, he enjoys roasting coffee, brewing craft beer, and spending time in nature.
